Tj maxx /returns hi everybody We have had multiple people come in trying to return items (kitchen items) they purchased at a stand alone tj maxx store Some of my manager's will take them back and transfer them to a home goods number but a couple of my managers are like no they have to take it back to the stand alone store they purchased it from. At our homegoods store, we will accept returns from homesense if it's an item we also carry
We do not accept any marshalls nor tj maxx merch at all (unless it's from a tjmaxx/hg combo store and a home item) According to our managers, that's the policy Results may vary (apparently), haha. You can get banned from returning so many dollars worth of items without a receipt, but the other day i had a woman (i work at tjmaxx) and she had $800 in returns.
